Turntables to allow coil cars to change direction to meet plant layout requirements.
Pit Type Coil Cars, Interbay Coil Cars
Pit type cars for coil travel and lifting in limited space applications. Interbay cars for travel to bridge the gap between crane bays or equipment handling limitations.
One, two, three, and four arm assemblies, in standard and special configurations. Can be equipped with or without pusher assemblies.
Single mandrel, capacity to 60,000#.
Double mandrel, capacity to 30,000# .
Duplex Uncoilers and Water Coolers
Cone or Stub Mandrel Type, Capacity to 90,000#. Water coolers for water cooled tension brakes.
Hydraulic operation with large coil I.D. range and capacities.
Material range of .001 to .750 / dead soft to high yield. Fixed blade gap to powered/automaticly adjustable blade gap. Both post design or sliding gib type. Ability to move in and out of line.
Allitator design, top opening and bottom opening for quick and ease threading. Three, five, seven work roll combination with built in pinch roll drive.
