The Idea Area. Illustrates various system layouts to determine the best use of available floor space and production flow.
One, two, three, and four arm units, in standard and special configurations. Coil holders can be equipped with or without coil pusher units.
Pick and place and stationary designs are available.
Banding Tables can be equipped with manual banding tools, semi-automatic banding heads, in seal or sealless versions and fully automatic banding heads.
Coil Stacker to lift coil from banding line conveyor for stacking onto pallets. Stacker can be manual crane to fully automatic cycling units. Coil handling I.D. grabs or complete I.D. & O.D. support. Single stack to high production multi-stacking.
Sortation Tables are designed to allow the operator to create a coil stack on pallets. Multi-Stations allow sortation of coils and packaging/wrapping to meet your customer's requirements.
Conveyors specifically designed for coil packaging purposes. Some of these include Coil Storage, Fork Lift Truck Pockets, Center I.D. Grab Openings, Curve Conveyors, 90 degree Transfers, Pallet Storage & Stacking, Pallet Banding, and Pallet Wrapping. Conveyor Sections for Weighing Coils or Coil Stacked Pallets, complete with readouts, printers and data handling ability. Coil Tippers for coil rotation of coils from horizontal to vertical positions. These units can be equipped with various platforms to assist in coil handling and packaging.
